| It takes three years to obtain full certification for organic and biodynamic wines through Ecocert or Demeter. The program entails ploughing, natural composting, the use of cover crops, no herbicides or pesticides, hand picking of grapes and the use of natural yeast. In the cellar, no sugar is added, a minimum of sulphur and little or no filtration. This produces cleaner, fresher wines with greater purity and expressive style, better for people and for the environment. |

In the southern part of the Domain, on the territory of Camaret, this wine come from vineyards planted at a place called "Piécaud," meaning "warm feet" in Provençal. In this red rocky earth, particularly sunny, the perfumed plants that make up the famous "herbes de Provence" grow.
